Asiyah’s Virtual Mental Health Workshop: Mastering the Art of Communication (Virtual)

Saadia Z. Yunus is a licensed marriage and family therapist, EMDR-certified trauma specialist, relationship and personal development coach, motivational speaker, and community leader. With over 12 years of experience, she has worked with individuals, couples, families, and groups, owning a private practice in Deer Park and offering teletherapy in NY, FL, and MI. Saadia serves on several boards, including the Association of Mental Health and Wellness and the advisory board of the Northwell Family Health Center. She is also co-founder and chair of The Muslim Women of Long Island (MWLI) and an active Girl Scout leader. Born and raised in Bonifay, Florida, Saadia now resides on Long Island, NY, with her husband, four children, and two cats.
